A couple of months ago a friend on Twitter - Catherine Bevalot - asked if anyone would like to contribute to an article she was writing about pets and how they affect our lives. I jumped at the chance as I have 3 dogs and 2 cats and my pets mean the world to me.  Once I started writing I found it hard to stop. And judging by the response Catherine received it seems there were lots like me too. 

Walking the dogs every day gives me time out to ‘reset’ my mind for each day so to speak. Plus they make me laugh a lot and that is always good for the soul.  The cats calmness levels me too.  My pets really do help with my de-stressing on a daily basis so it’s ideal the magazine is called De-Stress and it is a great read.  There are lots of great articles in there (and not just about pets) so I’ve put it on my favourites  bar to help out every time things seem to be getting a bit too much!!
