Many of you will know Frederique Murphy of mountainmovingmindset.com (also known as @irishsmiley on Twitter). Frederique is the developer of the “Mountain Moving Mindset” programme, where she helps to empower business owners, entrepreneurs and solo-preneurs to master their mindset, so that they can bring their businesses to the next level.

She is organising an event in the K Club, Straffan, Co. Kildare from the 23rd to 25th of September inclusive.

I’m not usually one for self-help or self-actualisation events but what really caught my eye was the numerous video testimonials previous attendees have given Frederique in relation to previous events.

Whatswhat.ie have teamed up with Local Discounts to arrange a Xmas party in aid of charity. I’m a born organiser and Grainne has the hotel background to sort out the party. Strangely enough I grew up in the hotel business so maybe that’s how we get on so well. Little and Large as we are sure to become known

What a busy weekend for Whatswhat!  On Friday we had a couple of agents at the PetExpo at the RDS. Saturday daytime Barbara was at the PetExpo and then at the Realex Web awards in the evening (she never stops!!). On Sunday I had a stand at the Greenhouse Business Show in Limerick – yes, Sian out and about!!

Well Barbara finally managed to get me out of the house and to meet real people – instead of on the phone and online.  I did enjoy it but have to admit I’m much better back here holding the fort and let Barbara do the face to face networking – she’s the expert and ultimate networker. Barbara could network for Ireland!!

On Tuesday I was at the Bank of Ireland Business Advice Show in Cork with Victor and Mac. Pictures below.
