I am in my fourth year of a degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy Studies, I am a student member of the Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists; I have regular professional supervision and am fully insured. I can offer you a confidential opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings in safety. My role is to help you through this process without judgement or telling you what to do, but I can help you to come to your own decisions. Counselling is not only about problems, it also offers opportunities to get to know yourself better and to develop as a person.
